STRATEGY OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
IN DEFEND EXISTENCE
PT. SUKA FAJAR PEKANBARU

Company otomotive is one of industry service that have supply facilities
services between service and barter car to give for society. This research have two
important factors. Firstly, much number of company revary that move in automotive
sector. Secondly the target of selling determined isn’t reached. Base on explanation
above, so the problem in this research is how the strategy of management information
system in defend existence of company in the middle revary globalization.
This research use quantative research method and data collection technique is
observation, interview, and documentation. After collect the data, the writer use
analysis data of interactive method. In this method have three analysis, that are data
reduction, data presentation and makery conclution or verification and activity of data
collect that is making interactive cycle. The last of this research is to arrange
investigation of data validity.
Based on The result of the research has been done, there are some important
points that has been related by information strategy system management to defend its
existence. By looking information development, PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru has used
information technology to do the company procesing datas quickly. The writer also
found there are some factors that bloked sell target could not that is limited SDM,
technology and computation by the same company.
