Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Rekrutmen Dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Non Medis Pada Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment implementation and work ability on the performance of non-medical employees at Madani Regional Hospital Pekanbaru. Recruitment implementation and work ability as independent variables (X) while employee performance as dependent (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The sample of this study was 83 respondents using the Slovin Formula. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of recruitment (XI) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of non-medical employees, work ability (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of non-medical employees and the implementation of recruitment and work ability has a significant effect on the performance of non-medical employees at Madani Regional Hospital Pekanbaru.
