Pengaruh Pemberian Probiotik Rabal Pada Pakan Dengan Dosis Yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Gabus (Channa Striata) Menggunakan Sistem Resirkulasi
Abstract
Rabal probiotics are probiotics from the fermentation of yeast and lactic acid bacteria. Rabal probiotics contain good bacteria Lactobacillus cassei and Yeast. The addition of probiotics to feed increases the activity of digestive enzymes so that the absorption of food becomes more perfect. The purpose of this study was to determine the best dose of rabal probiotics in feed for the growth and survival of snakehead fish using a recirculation system. This research was conducted in April – May 2023 which took place at the Aquaculture Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs, University of Riau, Riau Province. This study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design with five treatment levels and three replications. The treatment in this study was P0 (feed without the addition of probiotics), P1 (30 ml of probiotics/ 100 g of feed), P2 (35 ml of probiotics/ 100 g of feed), P3 (40 ml of probiotics/ 100 g of feed), P4 (45 ml of probiotics/ 100 g of feed).
