Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 12 Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction on teacher performance at 12 Pekanbaru State Senior High School. The population in this study included all employees with the status of Civil Servants (PNS) at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru, totaling 43 people.
Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test the hypothesis in this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is saturated sampling (43 employees with PNS status at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru).
The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru, 2) there is a positive and significant influence on work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru, 3) there is a positive and significant influence significant job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru, 4) leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The amount of the influence is 41.4% while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
