Agile Governance Dalam Penyelamatan Non Kebakaran Oleh Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Bengkalis

SUMMARY
This research is motivated by the existence of the concept of Agile governance which is much needed to be implemented in public organizations in non-fire rescue. With the implementation of the implementation of Agile governance, it is hoped that it can assist the government in saving non-fires.
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how Agile governance is implemented by the Bengkalis Regency Fire Department in an effort to handle non-fire rescue. This study uses a qualitative method with an explanatory approach to the process of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at the Bengkalis Regency Fire Department.
The results of the study show that the Bengkalis Regency Fire Department has implemented Agile governance in an effort to handle non-fire rescues but has not fully run optimally. Where in its implementation there are still obstacles that occur in the field the most significant are the limited human resources (members/personals) in handling non-fire rescue and the lack of public knowledge in handling emergency rescue.
