Disputes between workers and employers that often occur in Indonesia, namely there are still many violations in work agreements that occur, one of which is Pekanbaru City in Angkasa III Warehousing. The existence of working children is inseparable from the presence of poor people in Indonesia and partly due to environmental and economic influences. the existence of underage daily transport workers who work without warehousing responsibility in the Angkasa III Warehouse certainly has several major impacts. The purpose of this thesis research is first, the implementation of legal responsibility for underage daily transport workers at Angkasa III Warehousing in Pekanbaru City. Second, the inhibiting factor for underage daily laborers at the Angkasa III Warehousing in Pekanbaru City in obtaining their rights..
This type of research can be classified into the type of sociological juridical research. With the research location in Warehousing Angkasa III Raya Pasir Putih street. While the population and sample are parties related to the problem under study. This study used primary data sources and secondary data and data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and literature review.
The results showed that the daily underage workers who work without warehousing responsibility in the Angkasa III Warehousing are based because there is no work agreement between the company and these underage daily workers, because these children can be said still not competent at law when making a work agreement. the implementation of responsibilities for underage daily laborers in the space warehouse III Pekanbaru City, namely: Having complete supplies of medicines and providing transportation in the event of a work accident by the warehouse; Carrying out inspections and controlling in the warehouse; Warehouses post warnings and instructions related to work safety; Provide direction and outreach to all workers before work regarding the risks of work accidents. The inhibiting factors for underage daily workers in space warehouse III are: Position imbalance; The factor of underage transport workers who work on a daily basis; Material inability of the company to provide coverage for daily transport workers; Lack of legal awareness on the part of employers and workers; Companies prioritize money (business) interests; Wages that are not reported correctly.
