Many Indonesian people are aware of and learn about the latest knowledge in technological development, but there is minimal follow-up. The problem of lack of equal distribution of education in Indonesia can be an important factor. So there is a need to build Science and Technology Centers in big cities, especially other than Jakarta. The Science and Technology Center can be a place for researchers and students as well as the general public to learn about developments in science and technology in the world. The aim of designing the Pekanbaru Science and Technology Park is to make a change in implementing equitable education and especially to facilitate the people of Pekanbaru City to be able to learn about developments in science and technology. It is hoped that the people of Pekanbaru can come up with the latest ideas or technology that will make Indonesia a developed country. Science and Technology Park (STP) is a learning forum based on non-formal education, from school level to community level. Apart from that, the Science and Technology Park (STP) can function as a place for research and exhibition of science and technology-based works. It is hoped that the design of the Science and Technology Park (STP) can become an arena for increasing innovation and creativity in the fields of science and technology. The application of the futuristic architecture theme is deemed appropriate to its function and activities, because futuristic architecture, which is always oriented towards the future, is closely related to the development of technology and science.
