ABSTRACTION
Picung oil can be exploited in making of soap. Soap represent one of the
used product to clean husk which aim to so that to be husk become protected
against by healthy and cleaner of dryness. This research use Device Split Plot /
Check device Divided ( RPB) representing the part of factorial RACK, and
treatment compiled factorially by 3 block (restating) where treatment consist of 2
factor. With treatment combination: hydroxide natrium 4 g with lime gist 2 ml;
hydroxide natrium 4 g with lime gist 3 ml; hydroxide natrium 4 g with lime gist 4
ml; hydroxide natrium 6 g with lime gist 2 ml; hydroxide natrium 6 gr with lime
gist 3 ml; hydroxide natrium 6 g with lime gist 4 ml; hydroxide natrium 8 g with
lime gist 2 ml; hydroxide natrium 8 g with 3 lime gist this hydroxide natrium 8 g
with lime gist 4 ml. As for parameter perceived by is water rate, pH, sour of free
fat, spume volume, colour, aroma, Berta iritasi tekstur. This research conclude
that solid soap of picung oil which is is best to be yielded by at hydroxide natrium
concentration 6 lime gist amount and g 3 young tan ml, rather hard, foamy many,
and have free fat acid 0,673% with pH value 9, exclusive of as human being husk
iritasi cause
