Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Jump Pola Terhadap Kemampuan Mengenal Pola Matematika Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Daniel Hkbp Rumbai
Recognition of mathematical patterns in early childhood is still low, which can be seen from the fact that the majority of children still experience difficulties in the ability to recognize mathematical patterns, this is due to the lack of ability of teachers to utilize media and learning aids. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of knowing the use of jump pattern media on the ability to recognize mathematical patterns iln childlren ageld l5-l6 years alt Daniel HKlBP Rumbai Kindlergarten. This reslearch is experimlental research thlat will stimlulate childrlen's ablility to reclognize mathematical pattlerns through Jumlp Pattern meldia. The experilmental design iln this resealrch is olne group prletest posttest. Witlh a totall of l5 children lin the Danliel HKBP Rulmbai Kindergarten. Tlhe type lof research usedl is quantitlative research. Thlis research ulses an experimlental method witlh a singlle sample tlest. Data was obtained through observation and documentation. The T-Test results show that there is a significant difference and based on data analysis it is known that the pretest score is 36.66% or in the undeveloped criteria, while the posttest score is 73.33% in the developing category as expected. This shows an increase in children's ability to recognize patterns by 36.67%. Meanwhile, the calculated t result = 15.303 > t table value = 2.145, with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 or a sig value smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that pattern jump media can improve the ability to recognize mathematical patterns in children aged 5-6 years in Kindergarten Daniel HKBP Rumbai.
