Analisis Produksi Halal Ayam Goreng Tepung Kaki Lima Di Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this was to analyze whether capital, land, raw materials, labor, and understanding of sharia have a positive and significant influence on the production of fried chicken flour in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. This research is also to see whether the application of sharia to the production factors of capital, land, raw materials, and labor is in accordance with Islamic law or not. The data used in this research is primary data. The data analysis method uses the Cobb-Douglas function which is a multiple non-linear regression analysis model, to be able to estimate the equation, the equation is transformed into a multiple linear regression analysis model with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach using the eviews 12 statistics program. The results of this study indicate that capital, land, raw materials, labor, and understanding of sharia together (simultaneously) affect the production of flour fried chicken at the (0,05) significance level. Partially, the factors of capital, land, raw materials, labor, and understanding of sharia have a positive and significant effect on the production of flour fried chicken. The variation in the factors of capital, land, raw materials, labor, and understanding of sharia together has an effect of 99,39% (adjusted R2 = 0,993923) while the remaining 0,61% is explained by other variabels not included in this study.
