The use of technology in various aspects can now be felt by the community to the service system that wants to take advantage of technology. At the Rizki Jaya Auto Service workshop, service providers will be busy managing service activities that require maximum service in dealing with customers so they don't get lost, so there are no complaints and customer complaints. The research used in this research which is a scheduling process that executes a process with a short service process time that is done first and the processing time cannot be interrupted. The results of this study are to provide convenience to the Rizki Jaya Auto Service workshop in managing the organization in service services.
