Pengaruh Bimbingan Kelompok Dengan Teknik Role Playing Terhadap Karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila Siswa Smk Multi Mekanik Masmur
The Pancasila Student Profile is the character and abilities that are built in everyday life and brought to life in each individual student through school culture, intracurricular learning, the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile and Work Culture, and extracurricular activities.
This research aims to determine the influence and differences between group guidance and role playing techniques on the character of students' Pancasila student profiles. The research was conducted on class XI students of Masmur Multi Mechanic Vocational School, Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative experimental research. The subjects of this research were selected using purposive sampling. The sample was taken as 8 students who have a low Pancasila student profile category based on the measurement scale who will receive group guidance services through Role Playing. The data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses non-paramemetic statistical analysis with the Wilcoxon rank Spearman test.
Based on the results of research data analysis, it can be seen that the probability of the Wilcoxon test results showing Asymp sig (2-tailed) is (0.012) < (0.05), which means that there is a significant difference in the level of Pancasila student profile character before and after being provided with group guidance services. through role playing techniques. Thus, the research hypothesis can be accepted, namely group guidance services using role playing techniques can improve the character of students' Pancasila student profiles. And the calculation of the coefficient of determination states that the contribution of group guidance using role playing techniques to the character profile of Pancasila students is 76%, while 24% is influenced by other factors originating from within themselves and the student's environment. So the hypothesis states that role playing techniques influence the character profile of Pancasila students.
