Pengaruh Bimbingan Kelompok Dengan Metode Permainan Everyone A Teacher Terhadap Perencanaan Karier Siswa Di SMA Dharma Loka Pekanbaru
Career planning is an individual's activity to develop a career by preparing oneself to achieve self-understanding and personal satisfaction in preparing career information, exploring work, and being able to become a capable and stable individual in entering work and developing all the potential and strengths he has as optimally as possible. Thus, career planning activities are very important for upper secondary students, especially to develop the ability to determine, plan and pursue a career in the future.
The research entitled The Effect of Group Guidance Using the Everyone A Teacher Game Method on Student Career Planning at SMA DHARMA LOKA Pekanbaru, aims to determine the level of career planning before and after being given group guidance services using the Everyone a Teacher game method, to find out the significant differences in student career planning before and after being given group guidance services using the everyone a teacher game method, as well as finding out how much influence group guidance services using the everyone a teacher game method have on students' career planning.
This research is quantitative research with the type of experimental research. This research uses the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design method. The subjects in this research were class.
Based on the results of data calculations carried out by researchers, it was concluded that the level of student career planning before being given group guidance services using the Everyone a Teacher game method was in the immature category and after being given group guidance services using the Everyone a Teacher game method was in the less mature and mature categories. There are differences in students' career planning before and after being given group guidance services using the everyone a teacher method. This means that students' level of career planning increases after being provided with group guidance services using the everyone a teacher game method. Group guidance using the everyone a teacher game method influences students' career planning with a determinant coefficient of 65%. Therefore, group guidance services using the everyone a teacher pair method have an effect on improving students' career planning at SMAN 15 Pekanbaru.
