Pengaruh Penggunaan Tepung Bungkil Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis) Difermentasi Menggunakan Em4 Dalam Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Patin Siam (Pangasianodon Hypophthalmus)
This research was conducted to obtain the best percentage of fermented palm oil meal flour (TBKSF) EM4 in feed to produce the best feed efficiency and growth of striped catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus). This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatment levels and 3 replications. The test feed used in this research was artificial feed in the form of pellets which had a protein content of around 32% containing TBKSF 0%, 5%, 10%, 20% and 40%. To measure feed digestibility and protein digestibility, 0.5% Cr2O3 was added to the feed. Test feed. Test feed was given at 15% of the weight of fish biomass per day with a frequency of administration three times a day, namely 08.00, 13.00, 17.00 WIB. The test fish were striped catfish with an average weight of 2,48 ± 0,54 g. Fish were kept in 15 cage units (1x1x1 m3) with a stocking density of 25 fish per cage and 10 aquarium units with a stocking density of 10 fish per aquarium to measure feed digestibility and protein digestibility.
