Penambahan Tepung Daun Kaliandra (Calliandra Calothyrsus) Difermentasi Menggunakan Kombucha Pada Pakan Untuk Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy)
Calliandra leaf meal is a potential raw material for gourami feed because it has a high protein content (25.08%). This study aims to get the best amount of fermented calliandras leaf flour in feed for the growth of gourami fish fry (Osphronemus gouramy). The research method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replicates. Fish were fed using subsituted fermented calliandra leaf flour with different percentages, namely P0 (0%), P1 (20%), P2 (30%), P3 (40%), and P4 (50%). The gourami fry used were 4-6 cm in size and weighed 2.11 ± 0,26 g. They were reared in 1x1x1 m3 cages with a stocking density of 25 fish/m3. The test feed was given as much as 15% of the biomass weight with a frequency of 3 times a day at 08.00, 12.00 and 17.00 WIB. The test feed was fed for 56 days. Feed digestibility measurements were conducted in a 60x40x40 cm3 aquarium with a stocking density of 15 fish. The test fish were given feed that had 0.5% Cr2O3 added to the feed. Fish feces were collected for Cr2O3 and protein analysis. The results showed that the best treatment was the use of 40% fermented calliandra leaf meal in feed which resulted in feed digestibility of 62.69%, protein digestibility of 75.81, feed efficiency of 31.89±0,18, protein retention of 24.11±0,22, specific growth rate of 3.56±0,02 and fish survival of 98.67±2,31. Water quality during the study was 25-28oC, pH 6.5-7.1, DO 4-6 mg/L and ammonia 0.00048-0.00050 mg/L.
