Pengaruh Pemberian Probiotik Em4 Dengan Dosis Berbeda Pada Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelangsungan Hidup Ikan Selincah (Belontia Hasselti) Menggunakan Sistem Akuaponik
This study aimed to determine the effect of giving probiotic EM4 (Effective microorganism) with different doses on the growth and survival of selincah fish (Belontia hasselti). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments with 3 replications each, namely P0 (control), P1 (10 ml/ kg of feed), P2 (15 ml/ kg of feed), P3 (20 ml/ kg of feed) and P4 (25 ml/ kg of feed). Parameters observed were absolute weight growth, absolute length growth, survival rate, feed conversion and water quality parameters. The results showed that the effect of giving EM4 probiotics with different doses in feed had a very significant effect on the growth and survival of selincah fish. The best treatment was found P3 with a dose of 20 ml/ kg of feed, which produces absolute weight growth of 10,78 g, absolute length growth of 1,23 cm, specific growth rate of 1,59%, survival rate of 95,99%, feed conversion of 1,84%. The best treatment for weight growth of lettuce of 48,94 g, and average length of lettuce of 19,46 cm, namely on P0, and water quality during maintenance shows that the temperature and pH are in the optimal range for the life of aquaculture fish.
