Pengaruh Pemberian Probiotik Em4 Dalam Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Gabus (Channa Striata) Pada Sistem Bioflok
This study aims to determine the effect of administering EM₄ (Effective microorganism) probiotics at different doses on the growth and survival of snakehead fish (Channa striata). This research used a completely randomized design (CRD) method consisting of 4 treatments with 3 replications each, namely treatment P0 without the addition of probiotics (control), treatment P1 with a dose of 10 mL/ kg feed, treatment P2 with a dose of 15 mL/ kg feed and P3 with 20 ml/ kg feed. The parameters observed were absolute weight growth, absolute length growth, survival, feed conversion ratio and water quality parameters. The best treatment was obtained in Treatment P2 with a dose of 15 mL/kg feed with absolute weight growth of 6.15 ± 0.04 g, absolute length growth of 6.23 ± 0.15 cm, specific growth rate of 4.10 ± 0, 04%/day, survival rate of 100 ± 0.00%, feed conversion ratio of 1.51 ± 0.02 kg, feed digestibility of 64.78%. The water quality parameters measured during the research showed that the temperature ranged between 28.2-29.7°C, the degree of acidity (pH) of the water ranged from 5.9-7.3, the dissolved oxygen (DO) content ranged from 4.7-6. .0 mg/L and ammonia ranged from 0.0287-0.0740 mg/L. The water quality parameters obtained during the research still support the growth and survival of snakehead fish.
