Analisis Karakteristik Dan Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir Pada Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Kota Pekanbaru
The establishment of the Madani General Hospital (RSD Madani Pekanbaru) is one of the Pekanbaru City Government's efforts to improve healthcare services for the community which in line with population growth. This initiative will support hospital expansion through additional polyclinics and increasing demand for parking space. However, the existing parking area at RSD Madani Pekanbaru where the parking lots are still insufficient, has created parking problems such as illegal parking. In this research, parking characteristics and needs, multiple linear regression, planned parking angles, as well as predictions for 5 and 10 years ahead are analyzed. The analysis revealed that with the existing parking lots, the motorbike parking index on Monday is 2,952 and on Thursday is 3,214. The car parking index on Monday is 1,069 and on Thursday is 1,389. Based on consideration of various aspects, the most suitable planned parking angle to meet parking needs at this location is a combination parking angle of 90⁰ and 60⁰ for cars and a parking angle of 90⁰ for motorcycles. In the multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation model was found, with variables that have significant effect on the number of parking spaces needed (Y) are the number of medical staff (X2), the number of outpatients (X4), and the number of inpatients (X5). The use of the planned parking angle is still able to meet car parking needs for the next 5 and 10 years, while for motorbikes it requires an additional 83 SRP from the 356 planned parking lots to be able to accommodate maximum parking needs in the next 10 years.
