Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Karyawan PT. Agung Toyota Duri
The influence of compensation and work discipline on performance with motivation as an intervening variable for PT employees. Agung Toyota Duri. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Agung Toyota Duri.
This research uses primary data, namely data obtained from questionnaire results as an instrument to prove the research results. Meanwhile, the secondary data used includes performance data, work discipline, compensation, organizational structure and other data needed in this research. To test the hypothesis in this research, Path Analysis is used using the SPSS program. This research uses a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population is sampled because the population is relatively small, namely 86 people.
The research results show that 1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) motivation has an effect positive and significant on performance, 6) compensation influences performance through motivation, and 7) work discipline influences performance through motivation.
