This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline, and work environment on employee peformance at Palm Oil Factory PT Arya Rama Perkasa Rokan Hulu District. The population of study included all employees of the was 159 people and the samples were 114 people, it’s based on Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Multiple linear regression was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Leadership, work discipline, and work environment had a simultaneously positive and significant effect on employee peformance; 2) Leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee peformance; 3) Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee peformance; and 4) Work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee peformance.
