KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, KEPRIBADIAN, PERENCANAAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI PERILAKU INOVATIF DAN KOMITMEN PEGAWAI BANK RIAU KEPRI SYARIAH : Knowledge Management, Personality, Career Development Planning To Performance Through Innovative Behavior and Commitment of Bank Riau Kepri Sharia Employees
Background and goal: This research is based on the results of the performance assessment of Bank Riau Kepri Sharia managerial level employees who were in the good category during 2016-2021. The company's target expects the performance of managerial level employees to be in the category excellent. This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management, personality and career development planning on the performance of managerial level employees at Bank Riau Kepri Sharia through innovative behavior and work commitment. Factors that are predicted to have a major influence on the performance of managerial level employees are knowledge management, personality and career development planning. This research was conducted at Bank Riau Kepri Sharia Pekanbaru, Riau Indonesia from September 2021 to May 2022. This research was conducted at Bank Riau Kepri Sharia Pekanbaru, Riau Indonesia with a sample of 159 managerial level employees. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire/questionnaire and the data analysis technique used SEM Smart PLS. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a direct influence of knowledge management, innovative behavior, personality, work commitment and career development planning on the performance of managerial level employees at Bank Riau Kepri Sharia, amounting to 83,8%, the remaining 16,2% is influenced by other factors. Innovative behavior can mediate the influence of knowledge management on the performance of managerial level employees and the influence of personality on the performance of managerial level employees by 67,9%, the remaining 32,1% is influenced by other factors outside knowledge management and personality. Work commitment can mediate the influence of personality on the performance of managerial level employees and the influence of career development planning on the performance of managerial level employees by 65,8%, the remaining 34,2% is influenced by other factors outside personality and career development planning. These results prove that the variables of innovative behavior and work commitment perform an intervening function in the pattern of influence of the independent variables (knowledge management, personality and career development planning) on the dependent (employee performance).
