Pengaruh Pemberian Enzim Papain Dengan Konsentrasi Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Benih Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy) Sistem Resirkulasi
Giant gourami (Osphronemus gouramy) is a type of fish native to Indonesian waters that has high nutritional value and contains a lot of protein. The purpose of this study was to determine the best dose of papain enzyme on the growth and survival of gourami fish. This research was conducted from August to September 2023 at the Fish Cultivation Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University Riau. This study used an experimental method with a completely randomised design (CRD) with one factor and three replications. The treatments used were P0 = commercial feed, P1 = papain enzyme administration in feed with a dose of 2.25 g, P2 = papain enzyme administration in feed with a dose of 2.50 g, P3 = papain enzyme administration in feed with a dose of 2.75 g, and P4 = papain enzyme administration in feed with a dose of 3 g. The fry were reared for 50 days with a stocking density of 1 fish/2 L. The results showed that the administration of papain enzyme in commercial feed with different doses affected the growth of absolute weight, absolute length, specific growth rate, and survival rate (
