Uji Pengaruh Financial Literacy, Government Support Dan Perceived Risk Terhadap Behavioral Intention To Use Melalui Attitude Dalam Menggunakan Fintech Digital Payment Systems (Studi Empiris Pada UMKM Kota Pekanbaru)
This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Literacy, Government Support, and Perceived Risk through Attitude as mediation on Behavioral Intention to Use which is proxied into interest in using Fintech Digital Payment Systems for MSME actors in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to MSME actors in Pekanbaru City.
The population in this study were all MSMEs in Pekanbaru City, totaling 26,401 MSMEs. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling method. Determination of the number of samples in the study using the Slovin formula and obtained a sample size of 100 respondents from MSMEs in Pekanbaru City. The data obtained were analyzed using SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis techniques with data processing software in the form of Warp-PLS version 7.0.
The results showed that Financial Literacy and Perceived Risk affect the interest in using Fintech Digital Payment Systems, while Government Support has no effect on interest in using Fintech Digital Payment Systems. Meanwhile, Perceived Risk affects interest in using Fintech Digital Payment Systems through Attitude as mediation, while Financial Literacy and Government Support have no effect on interest in using Fintech Digital Payment Systems through Attitude as mediation.
