Macrozoobenthos is a type of aquatic organism that moves relatively slowly and can live for a long time. This research aims to identify the types of macrozoobenthos in the Batang Lubuh River, Hulu Kefullness Subdistrict, Rokan Hulu Regency. Macrozoobenthos sampling was carried out at three stations, namely the upstream part of the river, the middle part of the river flow, and the downstream part of the Batang Lubuh river in Hulu Kefullness Subdistrict. Macrozoobenthos samples were taken using two tools, namely an ekman grab (185 mm x 163 mm x 175 mm), a grinder (60 x 100 cm and a mesh size of 40 mm), and visible samples were taken by hand. The results of the research show that the macrozoobenthos found in the Batang Lubuh river, Hulu Kefullness Subdistrict, are Pomacea canaliculata, Melanoides tuberculata, Contradens contradens, Macrobrachium rosenbergii and Parathelphusa convexa. Pomacea canaliculata has a round shell shape and dark brown bands, Melanoides tuberculata has a cone-shaped shell and large shell threads, Contradens contradens has a large umbo protrusion, Macrobrachium rosenbergii has a second leg that grows long like a pole, and Parathelphusa convexa has a merus on the leg the road has thorns.
