Analisis Ergonomic Assessment Dengan Menggunakan Metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (Reba) Terhadap Aktivitas Kerja Mechanic Team Di Chemical Side Department
An uncomfortable body position is one of the ergonomic risks that arise in workers. This can be found in the mechanic team activities. Ergonomics is a field of science that systematically utilizes information about human nature, abilities and limitations to design a safe, healthy, productive and comfortable work system. An uncomfortable body position can cause musculoskeletal complaints, which are complaints that arise in the skeletal muscles. This study aims to identify workers' musculoskeletal disorders using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, identify the level of ergonomic risk based on rapid entire body assessment (REBA) and find out how the application of ergonomics in the mechanic team in the chemical side department. This research is a semi-qualitative research with a case study design, through direct observation of the work activities of the mechanic team in the chemical side department. Assessment of ergonomic risk levels using the rapid entire body assessment (REBA) method. The subjects in this study were 13 sources. The results of the study obtained, namely the findings of musculoskeletal disorders in the body of workers, namely with the highest complaints in 12 workers who experienced pain in the waist, the results of the final REBA assessment with a value of 11 and the application of ergonomics is still not fully implemented in the work environment.
