Isolasi Dan Seleksi Bakteri Selulolitik, Amilolitik Dan Proteolitik Dari Sampel Air Tambak Udang Vanamei (Litopenaeus Vannamei) Di Desa Kataping Kabupaten Padang Pariaman
Cellulolytic, amyllytic and proteolytic bacteria play an important role in degrading organic matter found in aquatic ecosystems such as shrimp ponds. This study aims to find and select cellulolytic, amyllytic and proteolytic bacterial isolates from vannamei shrimp pond water samples. The method used in this study is a survey method and for handling samples by isolating them, then insulating characteristics are carried out, then the samples are tested for enzyme activity and biochemical tests. In this study, 26 bacterial isolates were obtained consisting of 10 cellulolytic bacterial isolates, 6 amyllytic bacterial isolates and 10 proteolytic bacteria. All of these bacterial isolates have cellulase, amylase and protease activity. The activity of cellulase enzymes ranges from 0.5-2.3 mm, while the activity of amylase enzymes ranges from 1.2-3 mm and the activity of protease enzymes ranges from 0.2-3 mm.
