The nutritional status of toddlers is a description of the health and nutritional condition of a child at a certain time, which is based on the evaluation of various parameters such as height, weight, age, and other factors that influence a child's growth and development. The problem of toddlers being indicated as having stunting or not is still a problem of developing more accurate and responsive methods. The aim of this research is to apply the Decision Tree method in predicting stunting at the Aia Gadang Health Center and can contribute to efforts to prevent stunting in toddlers in Indonesia. This research uses 1139 datasets which will be divided into training data and testing data. Testing the results of this research used 763 training data and 376 testing data with a ratio of 67%:33%. Based on testing using a confusion matrix, accuracy results were 86.43%, precision 87.04% and recall 98.4%.
