Implementasi Kebijakan Percepatan Penghapusan Kemiskinan Ekstrem Di Kelurahan Meranti Pandak Kota Pekanbaru
Extreme poverty is a condition that cannot fulfill primary human needs, including food, clean drinking water, sanitation facilities, health, shelter, education, and information. In the implementation of the extreme poverty elimination policy, there are still problems, namely that there are still extreme poor people in Pekanbaru city, the community empowerment program is not optimal, and there are still people who do not update their data. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive phenomenological approach. This research refers to Van Meter and Van Horn's theory, namely standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational communication, implementer disposition, implementer characteristics, and social, economic, and political conditions, with data collection techniques from interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of accelerating the elimination of extreme poverty in Pekanbaru City was not optimal. The obstacles that occur are that the data on the extreme poor is not updated and there is a miss-communication.
