Pengaruh Konsentrasi Kulit Nanas Dan Daun Ketapang Terhadap Kualitas Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) Sebagai Sumber Belajar Berupa Booklet Materi Bioteknologi

This research aims to: 1) know the influence of the concentration of pineapple skins and leaves of ketapang on the quality of liquid organic fertilizer, 2) know the validity of booklets as a source of learning material biotechnology high school grade X. To such a goal has been carried out research in the Natural Laboratory PMIPA University of Riau. The study was conducted from November to June 2024. This research method uses a complete random design experimental plan (RAL) with 5 treatments. The observed parameters in this study consist of five parameters that include N, P, K, and temperature as well as pH as supporting parameters. The results of the variant analysis (ANAVA) at the level of 5% showed that the concentration of pineapple skin and leaves has a tangible influence on the content of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). Five treatments in this study have not met the quality standards of REMEMBER No. 261/KPTS/SR.310/M/4/2019 on the Minimum Technical Requirements for Organic Fertilizers, Biological Fertilisers, and Soil Substances set to be 2-6%. Based on the five treatments, P2 treatment with a concentration 75% pine apple skin waste + 25% leaves are liquid organic fertilizers with the best quality based on the nitrogen (0,43%), phosporus (0,28%), kalium (0,53%), temperature, and pH in the treatment. The results of the research show that the conventional biotechnology material booklet created is classified as very valid with a score of 3.74 and is suitable for use in conventional biotechnology material for high school phase E.
