Isolasi Dan Uji Toksisitas Senyawa Metabolit Sekunder Ekstrak Etil Asetat Dari Kulit Dahan Cemara Sumatera Taxus Sumatrana
Taxus sumatrana is a medicinal plant from the Taxaceae family. This plant is also known as Sumatran pine, tampinur batu, or spur wood, and is currently widely used as an anticancer drug. As a result, we conducted a study on the T. sumatrana species, aiming to isolate and characterize secondary metabolite compounds from the ethyl acetate extract of the branch bark and conducted toxicity tests using the brine shrimp lethality test (BSLT) method. Isolation of secondary metabolite compounds in T. sumatrana was done using vacuum liquid chromatography (VLC) to separate the compounds and obtained 7 fractions.
