Pengaruh Fasilitas Sekolah Dan Iklim Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Sma Negeri Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai
Teacher performance influences the success of learning objectives, many factors
cause problems related to teacher performance. To overcome teacher performance
problems, of course, supporting factors such as school facilities are needed which will
make it easier for teachers in the teaching and learning process. Not only school
facilities, school climate also plays an important role in the success of teacher
performance. In other words, if a harmonious climate is created in the school
environment, it will have a good impact on teacher performance. Therefore, this study
aims to examine further the influence of school facilities and school climate on
teacher performance at State High School in Marpoyan Damai District.
This research uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method to test three
variables. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and interview methods. The
sample in this research was 103 teachers at SMA Negeri Marpoyan Damai District.
Determination of the sample in this research was carried out using Proportional
Random Sampling, namely by taking samples randomly without paying attention to
the strata in the population.
The research results show that 1) School facilities have a positive and significant
influence on teacher performance with a t value of 0.244 with a significance of 0.000.
2) School climate has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance
with a t value of 0.368 with a significance of 0.000. 3) School facilities and school
climate have a positive and significant influence of 0.000 and an R-Square value of
0.616, this means that 61.6% of teacher performance is influenced by school facilities
and school climate.
