Sistem Bagi Hasil Budidaya Ikan Dalam Keramba Jaring Apung Di Desa Buluh Cina
This research was conducted in Buluh Cina Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province with the aim of knowing the amount of investment, profits and comparing the profit sharing system in Buluh Cina Village with Law number 16 of 1964 concerning profit sharing. The population in this study is the owners of floating net cages in Buluh Cina Village who cultivate with a profit-sharing system, selected by purposive sampling method, with a total of 28 respondents. Retrieval of data using interview, documentation and observation techniques. The results of this study show that theannual investment in aquaculture business for small-scale cages is IDR 186,798,000, medium-scale cages are IDR 586,715,000, and large-scale cages are IDR 355,507,000. The annual profit for small-scale cages is IDR 60,092,408, medium-scale cages are IDR 107,485,690, and large-scale cages are IDR 164,157,206. There are three forms of profit sharing system in fish farming business in Buluh Cina Village, namely; 60:40 division, 50:50 division, and 70:30 division. Of these three, which has similarities with the profit sharing system according to Law Number 16 of 1964, which is 60%-40%. However, the profit-sharing law cannot be fully applied to the cultivation business in Buluh Cina Village because it is not yet suitable and seems to ignore the customary profit-sharing pattern that may have existed long before Indonesia existed. This means that in the future in the Fisheries Product Sharing Law, it is necessary to update it by taking into account the customary production sharing system or pattern.
