ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the business model of UD. Zul Brother uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. This research includes exploration of internal and external factors that influence UD's business model. Zul Brother. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, documentation and audio-visual. The research results show 9 blocks BMC at UD. Zul Brother is Customer segment, maintains and strengthens relationships with existing customers. Value proposition, offers value through the high quality and authentic taste of their smoked fish, Channels, has good and effective distribution channels with reliable distribution systems, supply chains and delivery services. Customer relationship, provides customer service and prioritizes friendly and loyal attitude towards customers. Revenue streams, has an income stream originating from the sale of processed smoked fish. Key resources, has employees, a production site, production equipment and production support facilities. Key partners, has two main activities, namely production activities and marketing activities, has supply partners consisting of fish farmers, workers providing firewood and daily shops providing packaging, and sales partners consisting of restaurants, daily shops and middlemen as well as retailers. And Cost structure UD. Zulbrother can make efforts to minimize expenses without having to reduce quality.
