This study aims to determine how much influence internal supervision and work discipline on employee performance at PT United Tractors Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is quantitative. This study uses primary data sourced from questionnaires and observations and given to 48 research respondents. Of the 48 questionnaires distributed, but the questionnaires that were only returned to the researcher and which were only completely filled in were 35 questionnaires in total. The results of the tests carried out show that the effect of internal supervision is positive and significant on employee performance, while work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
