Supervised by Harlen and Any Widayatsari Currently, gender equality and women's empowerment are becoming increasingly relevant topics in sustainable development. Women play an important role in various sectors of life, including the workplace. This study aims to analyze the economic welfare of female workers at Universitas Islam Riau, including salaries, benefits, and other facilities. The study analyzes the gender pay gap between female and male workers and examines the differences in economic and social welfare of female workers at Universitas Islam Riau based on their field of work, education, and status. The population in this study was 129 female workers at Universitas Islam Riau in 2023 with a sample size of 56 workers. The analytical methods included descriptive analysis, mean difference tests, cross-tabulations, and Chi-square tests. The average salary and allowance received by respondents was IDR 5,562,000 per month. All female workers received health and life insurance facilities, and most received leave rights, technology and transportation, skills development training, overtime pay, lunch, and health facilities. Less than half of the workers received performance bonuses from Universitas Islam Riau. No gender pay gap was found between female and male workers. Differences were found in the salaries received by female workers
and technology and transportation facilities based on marital status.
