Sintesis Dan Karakterisasi Senyawa Pirazolin (7-(2-Klorobenziliden -3-(2-Klorofenil)-5-Metil- 3,3a,4,5,6,7-Hexahidro-2h-Pirazolo[4,3-C]Piridin-2h- Il)Benzensulfoamida
Pyrazoline is a five-ring heterocyclic compound containing two nitrogen atoms close to each other and containing one endocyclic double bond. This group of compounds has broad bioactivities such as anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antibacterial, antidiabetic and antipyretic. Pyrazolin(7-(2-chlorobenzylidene-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-5-methyl-3,3a,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-2H-pyrazolo [4,3-c] pyridine-2H- Il)benzensulfoamide which has been successfully synthesized from the compound curcumin (3E,5E)-3,5-bis(2-chlorobenzylidine)-1-methyl piperidin-4-one and hydrazine. The reaction began with the formation of a curcumin through the intermediate Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction of 1-methyl-4- piperidone and 2-chlorobenzaldehyde were catalyzed by sodium hydroxide in ethanol solvent. Then the curcumin underwent a cyclization reaction with 4-hydrazine benzenesulfonamide and produced a pyrazoline the of the pyrazolin had been successfully synthesized through characterized using UV spectroscopy, FTIR, spectroscopy. 1H-NMR and HRMS. The purity of the compound was determined by the TLC test and melting point measurement. The yield obtained from the synthesis of the pyrazoline compound was 61%. ……………………………….
