Analisis Sentimen Pada Ulasan Aplikasi Mobile Jkn Di Google Play Store Menggunakan Support Vector Machine

The Mobile JKN application is an application made by the government to make it easier for the public to access services provided by the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS). One way to see a summary of user reviews is to apply sentiment analysis. The research uses review data from the Google Play Store taken from December 7, 2023 – March 5, 2024. This study aims to classify positive and negative reviews using sentiment analysis, namely the Support Vector Machine. The classification results with linear kernel functions achieved an accuracy level of 86% with sensitivity and specificity of 56% and 96%, respectively. It also shows that the number of reviews with a negative value of 1133 reviews and a positive value of 367 reviews. This shows that in the Mobile JKN application, negative sentiment is more than positive sentiment.
