Kepercayaan Anggota Kelompok Tani Terhadap Unit Simpan Pinjam Kud Margodadi Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
This research aims to determine the factor behind the farmer group members do not save in KUD Margodadi savings and loan unit, using the theory of social action of Max Weber, as well as to analyze the level of trust of farmer group members against KUD Margodadi savings and loan unit, using the theory of trust from Piotr Sztompka. This research is a type of quantitative research with descriptive analysis. The population is all members of farmer groups who do not save in savings and loan unit KUD Margodadi, but they save in conventional banks, as many as 42 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling with a sample size of 42 people. Data collection techniques used in this study are structured interviews, observation, and documentation, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used the average count formula (central tendency) and percentage calculation. The results of this study shows that the dominant factor behind the members of the farmer group did not save in KUD Margodadi savings and loan unit is a rational factor, and the dominant rational factor is instrumental factor. Nevertheless, members of farmer groups do not save in savings and loan unit are also motivated by irrational factor which is not dominant. The result of this study shows that the level of trust of farmer group members to the savings and loan unit KUD Margodadi included in the high category, which amounted to 88.1%. Although the level of trust is high, respondents still do not save in the savings and loan unit because the dominant motivated by rational factor.
