Penyebab Anak Putus Sekolah ( Studi Di Smpn2 Kamang Magek )

This research was conducted at SMPN2 Kamang Magek with the aim of finding out what factors cause children to drop out at SMNPN2 Kamang Magek. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. There were 3 research subjects, namely children who had dropped out of school and their parents and 1 key informant, namely a teacher who taught at SMPN2 Kamang Magek. The theory used is Structural Theory
Functional. The results of this research are that there are two factors, namely Internal Factors and External Factors. The internal factors that cause children to drop out of school are the child's lack of interest in going to school (lazy), not finding school interesting and not liking school. while the external factors of children dropping out of school are the children's playing environment and social factors. The social factors in question are the educational background of the parents.
