Analisis Manajemen Keuangan Pada Umkm (Studi Kasus Warung Ayam Geprek Di Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kota Pekanbaru)

The activities we carry out every day cannot be separated from the role or services of MSMEs. MSMEs are one of the sectors that is the backbone of the national economy as well as being the spearhead of the domestic economic cycle. The government has sought a lot of assistance to solve the problem of limited capital for MSMEs. Apart from limited capital, MSMEs also face many other problems such as low human resources and mastery of science and technology. One of the most important steps to overcome the various problems faced by MSMEs is to have good financial management. In fact, many MSMEs have not implemented financial management indicators, namely planning, implementation and financial control. The aim of this research is to look at the financial management implemented by the UMKM Warung Ayam Geprek in Simpang Baru Village, Pekanbaru City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data sources were obtained from interviews and observations. The selected interviewees were 10 informants. The analytical tool used is thematic analysis. The research results show that of the three financial management indicators, only the financial planning indicator has been implemented well. This is due to a lack of HR capability and knowledge in recording and reporting business financial transactions and controlling business finances.
