IMPACT OF FINANCIAL LITERACY AND USE OF FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY ON MSME PERFOMANCE ( STUDY ON MSME PERFOMANCE IN THE CULINARY SECTOR USING THE IRON APLICATION IN PELALAWAN REGENCY )

This research aims to find out whether financial literacy and the use of financial technology affect the performance of culinary sector MSMEs using the Iron application in Pelalawan Regency. The research method used is quantitative method and uses secondary data and primary data. Primary data is obtained from respondents collected through a questionnaire consisting of 22 statements. The sample consisted of 54 respondents of culinary sector MSME owner from a population of 118 MSME owner using random simple sampling technique. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis includes: descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate, (1) financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (2) Financial Technology has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (3) financial literacy and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.
