This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of dividend policy, debt policy, woman on board, and CEO education on firm value in Kompas100 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. This research method is a quantitative research method using secondary data in the form of financial reports of Kompas100 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange obtained via the website www.idx.co.id and other related websites. The population in this research is all Kompas100 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022, totaling 52 companies. The sample selection in this research used the purposive sampling method. The sample selected in this research was 35 companies selected based on predetermined criteria with a period of 5 years so that a total of 175 data were obtained. The data analysis method used in this research used Warp PLS 8.0. The research results show that dividend policy has an effect on firm value with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Debt policy influences firm value with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Woman on board influences firm value with a significance level of 0.02 < 0.05. CEO education has no effect on firm value with a significance level of 0.335 > 0.05.
