Analisis Pengaruh Parameter Digester Dan Temperatur Serta Pressure Oxygen Delignification Di Fiberline #2 Terhadap Kadar Pentosan Dan Viskositas Pada Dissolving Pulp Menggunakan Pemodelan Regresi Python
The content of pentosan and viscosity are important parameters in assessing the quality of pulp products, especially in dissolving pulp products. The expected pentosan parameter value in dissolving pulp products was < 2.5%, and for viscosity, it was 500 ± 30 dm³/kg. This research aimed to identify the most influential parameters in the dissolving pulp manufacturing process and develop predictors for parameters with the highest impact among existing processes. The results indicated that the parameters with the greatest influence, through linear regression analysis, were prehydrolysis temperature, followed by P-factor, post- neutralization P-factor, neutralization time, prehydrolysis time, steam input time, and preheating time, with correlation values of R²= 0.7601, R²= 0.7301, R²= 0.705, R2= 0.6082, R2= 0.5025, R2= 0.3658, and R2= 0.3523, respectively. Additionally, parameters with the greatest influence were oxygen delignification B temperature, followed by total cooking time, oxygen delignification A temperature, oxygen delignification A pressure, displacement time, oxygen delignification B pressure, cooking time, heating temperature, and heating time, with correlation values of R²= 0.7775, R2= 0.7367, R2= 0.6506, R2= 0.6362, R2= 0.5365, R2= 0.5158, R2= 0.512,
R2= 0.429, and R2= 0.2899, respectively.
