This research aims to produce SETS-based Learning Media on the Subject of Atomic Structure and Nanotechnology. This research is a type of research and development or R&D using the 4-D model which consists of 4 stages, but this research only reaches the development stage. The results of the research conducted in the form of learning media on atomic structure and nanotechnology materials are valid and practical. The validity aspect is determined from the validator's assessment and the practicality aspect is determined from the students' response to this learning media. The results for the validity aspect of the learning media were declared very valid with a percentage of 99.55%. The results of research on the practicality aspect of learning media get a very good response from teachers with a percentage of 100% and very good from students with a percentage of 96.65%. These results indicate that the learning media for atomic structure and nanotechnology developed are valid and practical to be used as alternative teaching materials in the learning process.
