Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Karyawan Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Karyawan Hotel Swiss-Belinn Ska Pekanbaru)
This research aims to determine the effectregarding the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee loyalty through employee satisfaction as an intervening variable in a study of employees of the Swiss-Belinn SKA Hotel Pekanbaru. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of the Swiss-Belinn SKA Pekanbaru Hotel. The number of samples in this study was 95 respondents with sampling using a saturated sampling technique. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a PLS approach. Based on the test results, it was found that organizational culture had a significant influence on employee loyalty, then there was a significant influence of motivation on employee loyalty, and it was found that there was a significant influence of organizational culture on loyalty through employee satisfaction, and motivation significantly influenced loyalty through employee satisfaction.
