PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP FINANCIAL DISTRESS

This research examines the effects of good corporate governance and
intellectual capital on financial distress in companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018 – 2022. The population used in this research is
companies listed on the BEI from 2018 – 2022. The samples were selected using
purposive sampling and obtaining a sample of 204 companies with 255 objects of
observation. The analysis method in this research uses multiple regression
analysis tests with STATA software. The findings of this research indicate that
good corporate governance has a negative effect on financial distress and
intellectual capital doesn’t have a negative effect on financial distress.
