PERANCANGAN PUSAT KULINER DI KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN MERANTI DENGAN PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR TEPIAN AIR
On Sumatra's East coast sits the Meranti Islands Regency. This area has a
great deal of promise due to its varied range of natural resources, particularly its
abundance of marine products and sago plantations, which not all areas have.
Because of this capacity, Meranti Islands Regency has distinctive gastronomic
pleasures that draw tourists. Facilities for the Culinary Center that can raise the
Meranti Islands Regency's potential for natural resources are required to support
this. This Culinary Center was constructed using a waterfront architecture method.
This method takes accessibility, safety, comfort, and aesthetics into account. This
strategy aims to develop a design area that complements the design location and
transforms the region into a destination for gastronomic tourism.
