This research is to find out the feasibility of organic fertilizer as raw material for palm oil waste in Pancuran Gading Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency based on non-financial and financial aspects. The theory used in this research is the theory of business feasibility studies. The approach method used is quantitative descriptive research. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The population and sample in this study were the chairman of BUMDes and several of their members. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation (interviews) and questionnaires.

The results of this research are based on non-financial aspects, namely that legal aspects, market aspects, technical aspects, social and economic aspects, and environmental aspects in the organic fertilizer industry for palm oil waste raw materials in Pancuran Gading Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency were declared feasible to run. And based on the financial aspect, namely the Net Present Value (NPV) analysis, the organic fertilizer industry for palm oil waste raw materials in Pancuran Gading Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency was declared feasible. Benefit Cost Ratio of the organic fertilizer industry as raw material for palm oil waste in Pancuran Gading Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency is feasible to run. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of the organic fertilizer industry for palm oil waste raw materials in Pancuran Gading Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency for this business is acceptable because the rate of return on investment in the organic fertilizer industry business is greater than the Cost of Capital of 15%. The payback period (PP) for this organic fertilizer industry business occurs in the first year, namely 6 months, where the maximum payback period is 5 years. This means that the payback period for the organic fertilizer home industry busines made from palm oil waste in Pancuran Gading Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency is faster and can be declared feasible to run.
