Evaluasi Kegiatan Padat Karya Dalam Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Dan Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Marga Mulya Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
This research aims to look at the evaluation of labor-intensive tilapia aquaculture activities in labor absorption and community economic improvement carried out in Marga Village, Rambah Samo District, and the factors inhibiting success in these activities by using policy evaluation criteria according to William Dunn, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach and an interval measurement scale. Data collection techniques through interviews and distributing questionnaires with people who participated in labor-intensive activities of tilapia cultivation and documentation. The population amounted to 20 participants who participated in labor-intensive activities of tilapia aquaculture and the entire population was sampled using the saturated sampling census method. The results showed that the labor-intensive activities of tilapia aquaculture were considered unsuccessful because they stopped in the middle of the road, there was no employment and utilization in improving the economy was not optimal. The inhibiting factors in this activity are the lack of socialization, lack of assistance, lack of expertise and knowledge of the community, lack of government monitoring and limited funds to continue these activities.
