Pengaruh Pelatihan, Komitmen Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Di Kecamatan Kampar Utara Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
BUMDes is a poverty alleviation program, to each village under the management of which a microeconomic institution is formed under the name of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The purpose of the BUMDes program is to encourage rural economic activities, increase entrepreneurial creativity and encourage the growth of informal sector businesses. In order to participate in realizing the Village Empowerment Program (PPD), it is considered necessary to form a BUMDes forum. The research was conducted in 8 BUMDes in North Kampar District, Kampar Regency in 2024.The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of training on performance, commitment to performance and to test the influence of motivation on the performance of the management of Village-owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in North Kampar District, Kampar Regency. The population and sample of this study are 40. The sampling method used Census Method. This study uses the processing of SPSS 26 results. The results of this study show that training has an effect on performance variables, commitment has a significant positive effect on performance and motivation has no effect on the performance variables of management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in North Kampar District, Kampar Regency.
